Terms and Conditions of Sale

All contracts made by Crown Furniture & Flooring will be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all others.
Acceptance of delivery of any Goods supplied by Crown Furniture & Flooring will be treated as acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

Furniture: Goods will be despatched as soon as practicable and wherever possible, with a view to meeting the date arranged with the buyer. However, Crown Furniture & Flooring can not be held in any way responsible for factors outside their control (e.g. late delivery due to inaccurate lead times given to us by the suppliers).
Please check that the Goods you receive are the ones you ordered, the correct colour etc. and that there are no faults and damage to the same. If on inspection you have doubts, please contact us immediately as your rights may be adversely affected if you do not contact soon as possible.

Collection

Where the buyer wishes to collect Goods, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided.

Deposits

• A minimum Deposit of 25% is required to hold any Stock Item or to place an Order. All balances must be paid in full prior to the agreed delivery time or otherwise your delivery may be postponed to the next relevant date.

• Deposits are non-refundable on orders placed, except by agreement of Crown Furniture & Flooring within 7 days of order being placed in which case a refund by means of a Credit Note will be given.

Furniture

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that prior to any furniture being purchased, the dimensions of their doors, entrance hall, rooms etc. should be fit for the intended purpose, as no refunds can be given if the items are found to be unsuitable.

Furniture Cancellation

Where a Special Order has already gone in to production, then cancellation of the same will not be possible. Any monies received prior to cancellation being agreed, will be refunded by credit note.

Warranty

12 months warranty applies to all Goods from date of delivery, this does not cover normal wear and tear or damage sustained by the goods subsequent to delivery.

Passing of Ownership

The risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery, but ownership will remain with Crown Furniture & Flooring until payment is made in full.
The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
